XBRL US, a national consortium for XML
business reporting standards, has named Campbell Pryde as its new
president and chief executive, succeeding Mark Bolgiano.
Pryde has served as the XBRL standards officer
for the past three years and has been global thought leader in the
architecture and applications of XBRL for eight years at KPMG,
Morgan Stanley and XBRL US. He has previously led the
development of US GAAP taxonomy and XBRL US Labs efforts in
ISO-aligned XBRL taxonomy for corporate actions.
Bolgiano has stepped down to take a role at
the Howard Hughes Medical institute leading technology strategy,
effective from December.
