accounting profession in March, according to the report
Professional Talent Spotlight by Badenoch & Clark.
Firms have been increasingly recruiting
temporary staff, with the option of future permanency.
They are also seeking more part-qualified and
non-qualified staff.
The report warned that some firms have made
candidates for temporary roles sit up to three interviews,
resulting in them losing top class talent to more agile firms.
