The SMP Committee of the International Federation of Accountants
(IFAC) has issued a practice management guide for
SMPs. 

The guide provides guidance contains practice
management principles and best practices on a range of topics,
including strategic planning, managing staff, client relationship
management and succession planning.

It features case studies, checklists and
forms, a list of further readings and modules used for training and
education.

The guide was developed with CPA Australia. It
is available to download on the IFAC website.
