The International Federation of Accountants
(IFAC) is seeking its next chief executive officer.

The candidate will be based in New York City,
succeeding current chief Ian Ball, whose term ends in February
2013.

Korn/Ferry, an executive search firm, has been
hired to conduct the recruitment process, which will begin in the
fourth quarter of 2011.

IFAC is comprised of 164 members and
associates in 125 countries and jurisdictions, representing
approximately 2.5 million accountants.
