The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and The Prince’s Accounting for Sustainability project (A4S) in association with NatWest held the second Finance for the Future Awards yesterday awarding some of the UK’s top sustainable business and initiatives.

The winners of the Finance for the Future Awards 2013 are:
Inspiring New Idea: Enval
Social Enterprise: Groundworks Pennine Lancashire
SME Winner: Environcom
Large Business Award: Marks & Spencer
Public Sector Award: Crossrail

The Finance for the Future Awards were created in 2012 to celebrate financial leadership that drives long-term sustainable value creation through accounting for sustainability
