The Board of Trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) has reappointed James Kroeker as vice chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) for a second and final six-year term, effective 1 July 2018.

FAF board of trustees also announced the appointment of Gary Buesser as a FASB board member to succeed Marc Siegel.

In addition the FAF has appointed three new rustees, Kathleen Casey, Jeffrey Esser and David Villa, effective 1 January 2018.
