UK chief financial officers (CFO) are
supportive of auditor rotation, according to a research by
recruitment consultants Robert Half.

Robert Half said 87% of UK CFO’s are
supportive of rotation, a measure proposed in the European
Commissions Audit Green Paper last year.

More than half (51%) of CFOs in favour of the
measure would like to see it happen every five years or more and
33% every 3 years.

The survey also found 7 in 10 CFOs reject the
suggestion that the Big Four prevent a competitive market.

Robert Half interviewed 200 UK CFOs for this
survey.
