The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) has become an associate member of Chartered Accountants Worldwide (CAW).

Founded in 1973, ICAB counts 1,700 members.

ICAB president Adeeb Khan said: “ICAB is delighted to become an Associate Member of Chartered Accountants Worldwide and to be part of this global family. We look forward to working with Chartered Accountants Worldwide to further increase the value and reputation of the Chartered Accountancy brand in Bangladesh and internationally.”

Launched in 2013, CAW aims to promote the Chartered Accountant brand globally.
