Karunia joins from Accenture where she was the country lead for Global Mobility Services. She started her career at KPMG.
Commenting on the country head appointment, ACCA market director- ASEAN and ANZ – Pulkit Abrol said: “I am delighted to welcome Hani Karunia as the new head of ACCA Indonesia. As a part of the role, she will be chief representative of ACCA Indonesia on compliance matters and continue to grow ACCA’s presence throughout the country through existing university, Approved Learning Partners (ALPs), employer and government partnerships.
“Indonesia is an important market for ACCA. With its stable government and economic outlook, Indonesia looks promising and provides good opportunity for ACCA to be part of the nation and capacity building in bringing the accountancy profession there to greater heights.”

With my experience in the business, accounting and education field, this is an opportunity to lead ACCA’s strategic operations in Indonesia and create high level solutions and values to the organisation.
