The Institute of Public Accountants (IPA)
Australia, formerly National Institute of Accountants, has launched
rebranded its Malaysia arm and refurbished its office and training
centre in Kuala Lumpur.

IPA said the new brand marks a push into the
Asian accounting market, with globally recognised qualifications
and designations, and increased awareness on the international
stage.

Earlier this year, IPA was accepted as an
official member of the Confederation of Asian and Pacific
Accountants, the largest professional accounting body organisation
in the region.

“It is a huge honour to be leading the
Institute through this exciting stage of its journey and to be able
to officially launch our new name to our Malaysian members and
friends”, IPA chief executive Andrew Conway said.
