The IFRS Foundation has appointed former
Deloitte global chief executive James Quigley as a trustee.

Quigley, who is also a senior partner in
Deloitte US, has previously served as a trustee of the Financial
Accounting Foundation – the monitoring body of the Financial
Accounting Standards Board – and is a member of the financial
advisory committees of the US Securities and Exchange Commission
and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Chandrashekhar Bhaskar Bhave, a former
chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, has also
been appointed as a trustee. He is currently Asia-Pacific Regional
Committee chairman and a member of the Executive and Technical
Committees of the International Organization of Securities
Commissions.

Both three year term appointments begin with
immediate effect.
