The Institute of Certified Public Accountants
of Singapore (ICPAS) has appointed Tham Kah Poh as its inaugural
chief executive.
Prior to joining ICPAS Tham Kah Poh worked as
director of strategic planning and policy and chief information
officer of the National Heritage Board, where she was responsible
for overseeing policy and research, strategic planning, corporate
development, corporate governance and corporate services. She also
served in senior management positions in various organisations.
Tham Kah Poh said one of her top priorities

“The next few years will be especially
critical for ICPAS,” she said.
