Institute of Charted Accountants Australia
(ICAA) has appointed Craig Farrow as its new president.
Farrow will succeed Rachel Grimes at the
beginning of 2012.
Farrow is currently the institute’s deputy
president.
He has previously held senior executive roles
in the private sector and was chairman of Australian Independent
Rural Retailers.
“Farrow is well positioned to understand
the increasing diversity of the chartered accounting profession and
to ensure the institute remains a relevant and professional
organisation,” current president Rachel Grimes said.
The ICAA joined 54,503 members in 2011.
