The UK Financial Reporting Council has
appointed Richard Fleck as the new chairman of the Financial
Reporting Review Panel (FRRP).
He succeeds Bill Knight, who has retired after
eight years’ as chairman.

FRC chair Baroness Hogg said Fleck has several
years of experience as a corporate and regulatory lawyer and as
chair of the Auditing Practices Board.
