The UK Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has appointed Gay Huey
Evans to it board.
Evans has previously worked as the head of governance and director
of the markets division at the Financial Services Authority
(FSA).

She is currently a non-executive director of
The London Stock Exchange Group and private bank Clariden Leu
Europe.

“Gay brings to the FRC board a wide knowledge
of international capital markets and their regulation, and will
bring highly valuable insights to the FRC board,” FRC chairman
Baroness Hogg said.
