The US Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) has appointed several members to its Emerging Issues Task Force (EITF), Investors Technical Advisory Committee (ITAC) and Not-for-Profit Advisory Committee (NAC).

Frederick Cannon, Wallace Enman, Brian Foran, Jonathan Nus, Kevin Shea and David Trainer have all been appointed to ITAC, and will help provide investor perspectives to current projects and identify critical accounting and financial reporting issues.

Alexanber Corl, who is chief financial officer and treasurer of US based manufacturer company The Lee Company, has joined EITF. The task force aims to improve reporting through timely identification, discussion and resolution of financial accounting issues.

World Vision US senior vice president Larry Probus, has been appointed to NAC, which serves as the FASB’s standing resource for discussing financial reporting issues and potential improvements in the not-for-profit sector.
