Slomp and Del Prete will take over from Andrew Watchman, whose term as CEO and EFRAG TEG comes to an end this month.

She has over 30 years’ experience in financial and corporate reporting and corporate governance, having initially qualified as an auditor.

Del Prete is currently a partner at Mazars and has had experience as auditor, preparer and advisor. For the past 10 years Del Prete has been a contributor in senior forums on financial reporting and standard setting at an international level, engaged in technical dialogues with regulators and standard setters.
