The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) has appointed Jonathan Geldart as International Advisor on Brands.
Despite his new position, Geldart will continue in his role as global head of marketing and communication at Grant Thornton.
The role of International Advisor on Brands was only recently created by CICPA director general Yugui Chen to provide advice to the
institutes Brand Working Group (BWG) also recently set up.
BWG will develop recommendations for the sustainable development of accounting brands in China, both nationally and globally.
