professional discipline by head-hunters and employers, according to
a recent survey by InterExec.
InterExec specialises in the recruitment of
executives seeking salaries of more than £150,000 ($225,000).

InterExec found there were 112 unadvertised
head-hunter vacancies for accountants between January and February,
a rise of 14% on the previous month.
The analysis is based on market information
representing about 50% of the UK’s unadvertised head-hunter
vacancies.
IT professionals topped the list, followed by
management consultants, managing directors and chief executives,
sales roles and bankers.
