The UK Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has
appointed Glen Moreno as deputy chairman.
Moreno is chairman of Pearson and a
non-executive director of Lloyds Banking Group and Fidelity
International.

FRC chair Baroness Hogg said Moreno’s
knowledge of market regulation and international business practice
spanning the US, continental Europe and South East Asia will be of
enormous value to the FRC. “As a current FTSE 100 company chairman

governance and investor engagement,” Baroness Hogg added.
