The Accounting Professional & Ethical Standards (APES) Board
has approved revisions to the APES 350 standard. The
Participation by Members in Public Practice in Due Diligence
Committees in Connection with a Public Document was originally
issued in December 2009.
The Standard is now effective for engagements
commencing on or after 1 May. Earlier adoption of the Standard is
permitted.
