Penny Egan has been appointed president and chairman of the board of directors of CPA Australia, effective 1 October 2013, replacing outgoing chairman and president, John Cahill.
Egan’s previous experience includes times as board director, vice president and president of the Tasmanian Divisional Council, where she is currently chief executive officer.

She will be joined by Graeme Wade and Peter Dowling, who have been elected as her deputy presidents.
Jim Dickson and Peter Dowling have been elected to the Board of CPA Australia, with their terms also starting on 1 October 2013.
