(SEC) will hold a roundtable on the IFRS in Washington this
month.
The roundtable will discuss topics such as
investors understanding of IFRS, the impact on smaller public
companies, potential methods of incorporation and the benefits and
challenges of incorporating IFRS into US public company
accounting.
The three panels involved represent investors,
smaller public companies and regulators.
