The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board
(PCAOB) has appointed Bruce Wilson as its international affairs
director.
Wilson will be responsible for negotiating
arrangements with non-US auditor oversight bodies and represent the
board in meetings with foreign governments and regulators.
Wilson joins the PCAOB from the law firm of
King& Spalding.
Previously, he has served as a legal affairs
division director at the World Trade Organization in Geneva and has
worked for the US House of Representatives.
