IASB member Elke König will step down from the
board effective 31 December 2011.
König will continue her career as president of
the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin), the
German federal financial supervisory authority.

The Trustees are now searching for a new board
member to serve a five year term, with eligibility for renewal for
a further three years. The role is full-time and is based in London
and closing date to apply is 3 February 2012
