The US Financial Accounting Standards Board
(FASB) is to host public roundtables to discuss issues relating to
existing accounting and reporting standards and how they affect
private companies.
FASB wants to provide stakeholders the
opportunity to express their views on topics including
consolidation and income taxes.
The roundtables will take place in October and
November.
