The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) and the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) are working together to develop an apprenticeship programme for aspiring public sector finance professionals.
Prospective students will first have to complete AAT’s Advanced (Level 3) and Professional (Level 4) Diplomas in Accounting and then CIPFA’s public finance qualifications.
