SMEs in Bangladesh are to adopt IFRS for SMEs
starting January 2013, according to the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Bangladesh.
The commerce secretary of the Bangladesh
Ministry of Finance Ghulam Hussain said SMEs dominate the business
in the country and such acceptable high quality standard is very
much significant for SMEs in Bangladesh.
