Kris Peach has been appointed deputy chair of
the Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB).
Peach is a KPMG technical partner and has been
a member of the AASB since 2005.
She has experience working in practice and as
a standard-setter and will replace Bruce Porter, who retired from
the AASB on 31 December 2010.
Peach will serve in her new position with the
AASB’s other deputy chair Ian McPhee.
