The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) has released the pass rates for the ACA Advanced Level exams conducted in July 2025.
A cohort of 6,471 candidates attempted these exams,

while 78.9% of students passed the Case Study exam, 84.2% succeeded in Corporate Reporting, and 87.1% triumphed in Strategic Business Management.
In addition to the overall pass rates, the ICAEW acknowledged the highest achievers in each subject.
Jake Bennett from London, employed by Interpath, was awarded first place and the Whinney prize for the Case Study exam.
The top position for Corporate Reporting was shared by three candidates: Zara Qureshi of Manchester from KPMG, Abdulla Mohammad from Harris & Trotter London, and Constantin Waquet from Cambridge representing Deloitte, all receiving the Quilter prize.

ICAEW managing director for Education and Training Will Holt said: “My congratulations to all our students who have passed Advanced Level exams this summer, as well as those recognised with our Subject Orders of Merit awards.

These results follow the June 2025 ACA Professional Level exams, where 7,950 candidates were assessed.
The pass rates for the Professional Level were commendable, with Business Strategy and Technology leading at 86.1%.
Business Planning: Taxation and Financial Management subjects also saw high pass rates of 84.2% and 84.7%, respectively, while the Audit and Assurance exam had a pass rate of 81.5%.
