The European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) is
holding an outreach event in London to discuss global accounting
projects on income taxes and accounting for business
combinations.

The event will look at the discussion papers
Business combination under common control and
Improving financial reporting of income tax. Feedback from
the event will help EFRAG shape its views on the accounting
projects.

EFRAG is holding the event with the Italian
standard setter Organismo Italiano di Contabilita’ (OIC) and UK
Accounting Standards Board (ASB), the two bodies that helped issue
the discussion papers respectively.

The event will take place on 16 April.
