Singapore MoF appoints member to regulator’s board

Singapore’s Ministry of Finance (MOF) has appointed three new members to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) Board, as well as re-appointed three members to the board, effective 1 April 2017.

The recent additions to the board included; Ameera Ashraf, partner and head of competition and regulatory practice at Wong Partnership LLP, Lee Wai Fai, group chief financial officer of United Overseas Bank Ltd, and Ong Khiaw Hong, chief executive of ACRA.
